The ADF needed robust and functional amenities for remote sites on their Army training ground near Wagga Wagga. Their research lead them to VIROtech.
Following a thorough assessment process, ADF officials entrusted VIROtech to design and install three amenities in 2005 - the first of many future ADF facilities to install Clivus Multrum waterless compost toilet systems. Two of the installations have four cubicles serviced by two CM20 compost units. The other has two cubicles and one CM20 unit. Disabled access was not required for obvious reasons, but the landscape lent itself to a short ramp. Rainwater tanks and daylight solar systems were installed on all buildings. The contract was fulfilled on time and on budget. |
