The Separera Mini is a compact unit that's simple to install and ideal for occasional use applications such as studios, workshops and weekenders. It has a 12V fan so it's perfect for off-grid sites, and the unique closing system and odour extracting ventilation system leave the room smelling like air. Urine diversion The Separera Mini separates the urine from the solids and sends it to a small absorption trench outside the building or to your greywater system. This reduces the volume of waste going into the chamber and extends the time between batches. It also helps keep the pile more aerobic with less liquid in the mix. Easy installation These units require no underfloor space and can be installed in an hour or two. Simply position the unit and install the vent - good to go! The system comes complete with three chambers with lids, and compostable chamber liners. Easy maintenance As you get to know your compost system, maintenance can be as simple as checking the waste level now and then and changing the chamber when necessary. |
